Over a plate?

Sarah and I took a lovely stroll "downtown" the other day when it was about 75 degrees. She actually walked around holding my hand, like a big girl - no stroller! We turned in our NCAA tournament bracket to a local restaurant/bar, bought some daffodils at a flower shop, happened upon a new, cool, hip (expensive) store where Sarah stood at the front window and yelled out the letters spelling the store's name, while I shopped. Then, as we turned towards the car, I noticed a really awesome looking something in the window. When the clerk said it was a $48 wastebasket, I said "no thank you". So she lead me to the plate and boxes that matched. I was hooked! Above is a picture of the plate that I bought. I am so loopy over this thing, it's a tad crazy. It makes me long for spring and flowers and makes me smile! Strange, being so in love with a plate..come on, Donita, pull it together! BUT...I know some of you out there understand.
